Did you know that an incorrectly designed jig can reduce the life of your print heads?

Replacing a single bad print head can cost around $3,000 (ouch!). An incorrectly designed jig that does not take into account variables such as internal reflection and air turbulence between media can decrease the life of your print heads.

When designing jigs for your products, we take these factors into account as well as a host of others to ensure best print quality, efficiency in print time, and reducing the chance of damage to your print heads.

If you would like to request a quote on a jig, please fill out the quote request form. We will also need one or two samples of the media you will be printing on sent to our office. Samples can be returned to you after quotation at your request.
